Money-back guarantee

Every SimProfits purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy, email support@simprofits.ai from your purchase email within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you — no hoops.

How refunds work

Refunds are processed by our payment processor back to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. When a purchase is refunded, access to that product ends immediately.

Cancelling Insider

The Insider subscription can be cancelled anytime — email support@simprofits.ai or use the cancellation link in your receipt. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; you will simply not be billed again.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute — we refund quickly. Chargebacks filed without contacting support may result in account suspension.
